The great house hotel - Laleston
This is truly one of our favourite locations. The Great House, situated in the village of Laleston, Bridgend, skilfully combines the past and present. This Grade II listed structure, which dates to the fifteenth century, is thought to have been a gift from Elizabeth I to the Earl of Leicester. In addition to contemporary dining, the Great House has distinctive oak beams and inglenook fireplaces.

Manor Park Country House was built in the 1700s and is a Grade II Listed Building. This former stately home, designed in the Italianate villa style, now features a tasteful blend of traditional and modern décor.Sitting on 12 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens and showcasing impressive architecture, it makes it an ideal spot for your special day. We liked it so much we got married here.
